Guided reflection procedure for construction of teacher action-oriented knowledge has been developed and tested resulting in a number of presentations and articles.

The guided reflection procedure has been presented in different teacher education context and already recognised by the partner institutes as a useful practical tool for facilitating teacher learning from his or her teaching practice.

The video learning environment has been promoted in the project partner institutes and associated practice schools.
